We are proud to advise you that Hardwood Products Company LP recently changed its legal name to Puritan Medical Products Company I LP. The change aligns the company with its wholly owned subsidiary, Puritan Medical Products Company LLC, and more accurately reflects the focus of our business on developing, manufacturing, and selling innovative medical products.
There will be no change to our commitment to provide our customers with the highest level of quality and service –we are essentially the same company and personnel just with a new name. Our Tax ID number and address all remain the same.
Please make a note of this name change in your internal records and alert your accounting and other departments as you see fit. We are also sending along our certificate of good standing in the State of Maine.
